Sheila Tillman, who returned to her alma mater as a culinary instructor and was named chairperson of A-B Tech's Hospitality Education Department in 1993. Sheila, who has led the culinary technology program to national acclaim, was chosen as the winner of the State Board of Community Colleges and the First Union Foundation's Excellence in Teaching Award in 1995
