Freshmen Requirements

After reading the instructions, please complete this online application as thoroughly as possible.
When you are finished, click the SUBMIT button on the left column of any application screen.
Print the application agreement statement that appears after you submit your application.
Return it with the nonrefundable application fee of $25 (check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa).
- Please send an official copy of your high school transcript showing academic achievement in grades 9-11 and courses enrolled in during the senior year.
- Please send official test score results of either the SAT or ACT.
- In addition to the above submissions, once the applicant is accepted for admission the following items will need to be provided prior to enrollment:
- Photograph
- Official high school transcript showing date of graduation completed
- Completed pre-entrance medical report and proof of required immunization (Click here to learn more)
