Another SREB initiative to make higher education more affordable and promote education throughout SREB's member states is the promotion of electronic tuition rates. As an adult e-learner, electronic tuition rates can be of great benefit, as they do not distinguish between in-state and out-of-state students but rather charge a single flat tuition rate to all e-learners based on the costs of the program.
Electronic tuition rates can help provide a much greater array of options to adult e-learners when selecting what program to study and through which institution to study it.
Look for courses marked as "E-rate" courses when searching the Electronic Campus. The colleges and universities offering those courses are providing them at a single tuition rate irrespective of your state of residence.
